It was really convenient to explore the city from here. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed including an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I also loved the terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and laundry services available. I also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay memorable.

It was noisy at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The walls were thin and we could hear people in the adjoining rooms.

We spent Xmas at this hotel and we loved it! the staff offered us complimentary chocolates, which was a very nice touch. the hotel is located in a prime area, just a short walk from the main attractions and the tram station. On top of that, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot beverages available all day long.

Despite the great location, the noise from the street and other guests in the hotel could be heard quite clearly in our room. This made it difficult to sleep, especially with the thin walls and doors.

Great location! Ephesus was the perfect base for exploring Istanbul. My room was impeccably clean and the breakfast spread was delightful. The staff were helpful, and the hotel offered a private transfer service. Although there were a few minor issues, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved that I was served tea anytime I wanted, and the breakfast spread was mind-blowing, offering a range of delicious food. The location was ideal for shopping lovers, and the staff were very knowledgeable about the area, giving great advice. They even arranged my airport shuttle! And all of this at a bargain price. Super satisfied!
